At Cub Foods by my house, basic run of the mill eggs still priced at $8.49 a dozen when I went through the dairy aisle yesterday. Everywhere else, they're $6.99.

Then the organic and free range eggs are all still priced right around $5.99 a dozen and they're hard to get if you're not standing there right when they're being stocked. Here's hoping the price keeps going down, down, down.

You are using the term "virtue signaling" wrong. Let me help you understand it. If I were to say "we have to stop building baseball fields because a baseball hit a sparrow and the sparrows are in danger" that is virtue signaling that I care so much about the sparrows that I will attempt to stop something that I say will hurt them. In reality, I don't give a fuck about sparrows, I just don't like baseball because I'm a football fan.

Masks and social distancing reduce the spread of airborne illness. Its a fact. Washing hands helps too. You will never disprove that. Research suggests that counties with higher Republican voter share experienced higher excess mortality rates compared to Democratic-leaning counties, especially after vaccines became widely available.

I did not vote for him but he did win the election so in that sense he is all of our president. I've never said otherwise.

If egg prices go down and it is a direct result of his administration's actions then good on them.
