He served in Iraq and Afghanistan as an infantry platoon leader. Good enough for me.
I also don't feel women should be in combat roles. I also don't think all men should be in them either.
Ceterum censeo Carthaginem esse delendam
^^ this is correct. My nephew, a marine corporal that served in Trashcanastan (his term) driving an MRAP (which he got blown up in multiple times and bitched about having to fix after and said explosion's causing his medical discharge) and fixing tanks loved the fact that women got to carry less than him despite being the same weight and be classed as "combat ready"

What soy-boys like ClydeR can never seem to understand is that lowering standards for combat roles doesn’t just place the weaker soldier at risk of harm, but it makes the entire combat unit less lethal, less effective, and increases the danger for everyone involved.
Your father should have told you how our phalanx works. We fight as a single impenetrable unit. That is the source of our strength. Each Spartan protects the man on his left from thigh to neck with his shield. A single weak spot and the phalanx shatters. From thigh to neck, Ephialtes.
I can’t wait to hear ClydeR rant about Matt Gaetz being appointed to Attorney General. He must be slow on getting news today.
