Word on the street is Democrats want Justice Sotomayor to retire and Kamala Harris be appointed as her replacement. I respect that strategy of giving her a lifetime appointment since everyone knows Kamala is incapable of winning an election.

Others are saying Biden should resign now so that Kamala can be the first woman of color President until Trump takes over in January.

There is zero percent chance Biden will resign just to give Kamala a win. If I were Joe though.. I wouldn't be eating any unsealed pudding cups if I were him.

There is also a zero percent chance that Sotomayor will retire because if she does, there isn't enough time to push through a new nominee for her spot, even though the Dems have control of the Senate. It would have had to happen months ago.. with the holidays... there's only like 20-25 days left where the Senate is in session until the new year which will bring about a Republican controlled Senate. They could easily filibuster that to prevent such a miscarriage of justice in putting Harris in the SCOTUS.

Also I never once said the 2020 election was riddled with voter fraud, I said it gave the appearance of shenanigans going on with how long it took some states/counties to count their votes, many of those same states/counties did a much better job this time around, although California, Washington, and Arizona still need to get their shit together. Also in 2020 there was some bullshit going on with accepting mail in ballots with a postmark of AFTER the election date, most of that bullshit has been cleaned up this time around too. Not to mention there were no 3AM ballot dumps that almost all went to the Democrat candidate.

Also even some Democrats online are asking where those 20 million votes went from 2020, which is basically the exact same question Republicans were asking: where did those 20 million votes come from in 2020 compared to 2016?

You can ignore all of this shit if you want, but people had legitimate concerns with the election in 2020, most of which seems to have improved in 2024.

But it seems only one side is ever allowed to ask questions when the election doesn't go their way.
