Allan Lichtman, the so called "nostradamus" of election predictions because he supposedly has called every US presidential race for the last 10 elections or some shit (but this is totally false because when he's wrong he just makes up some excuse for why he was really correct, like when he said Al Gore would win, to this day he just calls that a stolen election so he was really right), of course called this race for Kamala Harris and he said it wasn't even going to be close.

Trump won by so much, including the popular vote, that he can't even make up an excuse for why he was actually right so now he is taking time to reflect on why he was wrong and how he has to improve his model going forward.

Oh yeah, and his "model" is basically just his opinions on shit, no polls or anything like that.

Today feels like I watched Rocky IV for the first time. Lots of people are smiling and happy. Faith in humanity has been restored.

I know not all feel that way and are really down. Except for the blatant asshole manics, I do feel for them. We’ve all experienced what it’s like to lose an election, and it sucks. Hoping America can heal our divisions and we can get back to civility.

It's actually pretty surreal. Not nearly as many people screaming their heads off and saying the world is going to end. Don't get me wrong, they are out there, but it seemed much worse in 2016.

Maybe reality hasn't fully hit them yet and we'll see more meltdowns next week.

I think deep down a lot of Democrats probably knew this was going to happen, which is why they aren't freaking out as much as they did in 2016 when they thought for sure Hillary would win.
