"Regular people" in your example seem to be limited to people who solely get their information from doom and gloom Republican outlets. Funny how those people who are 'convinced' things are so bad have sent consumer sentiment and and personal spending up tremendously year over year.

No. Regular people = someone in the market to purchase a home, buying a car, or hell, anyone who has shopped in a grocery store the last 3 years. Those people that actually participate in the economy and/or are responsible for the care of others know how much it sucks right now. They don’t need to be told by the news how things really are & no amount of spin makes up for the lightness they feel in their wallets.

joeyb your family does just hate you, they don't respect a "man" who's only dream is to break into gay porn.. and because that is his dream, he is constantly showing up to auditions instead of working, and never gets the job even though he can gargle the most dick in the room at one time.

    wut?

"Regular people" are people who aren't living in their mom's basement, screaming up "Ma, get me more chicken nuggies!" and have no idea how much their mother just spent at the grocery store.
