He could withdraw from the race but would serve out the remainder of his term. I expect one of Joe Biden’s last acts as President will be to at minimum commute sentence.

We're getting excited about something that may never happen. Trump is unlikely to show up at the debates.

Trump said he would "absolutely" testify in his current criminal case. I predict he will take the Fifth in that case, which is the absolute opposite of what he said he would do. When it comes to the debates, he will find an excuse to back out. All hat, no cattle.
