The CBO estimates of a deficit reduction over 8 years do not take into account economic impacts with the corporate minimum tax. It assumes that the expansion of Obamacare health subsidies will expire in 2025, which we both know Congress won’t let happen. It also severely underestimates costs associated with green energy subsidies which are uncapped. I could go on and on, but this is way above your comprehension & you are not open to logic or reason. Just know that the CBO lowered their budget deficit reduction only a few months after their initial estimate when the bill was on the Senate floor. Your federal overlords are not infallible.
So you're rejecting a legitimate estimate which cited a possible alternative deficit reduction amount IF the ACA subsidies are extended, but because it doesn't cite impossible to quantify factors you feel should be included. Huh. Should the CBO have consulted a crystal ball or just made up figures for your edification? Any other unknowable factors that your doctorate in economic theory leads you to believe are missing?

Yeah why would I use an article where harvard economists and Biden himself state that the IRA did very little to curb inflation... silly me. Maybe the Biden mentioned in the quote was his borther, Barry Garcia

    Yes, I reject their estimate.

You don’t need to be a Thomas Sowell to understand that a front-loaded spending bill is not the answer to reducing the budget deficit, and this does little to nothing to combat inflation.

Did you know Thomas Sowell is a staunch socialist?

I do, because Seran told me he was.

I think your dead wrong. For that matter, I think you and your party were also dead wrong on the massive deficits caused by the Trump tax cuts without first identifying spending offsets. How many trillions of dollars of the deficit were added by the ultra wealthy and corporate giveaway that still resulted in recession? Reagan coined the trickle up economy, which has at last been proven as a trickle up wealth concentration plan.

President Biden and the Congressional Democrats have reversed the covid-19 downturn which began under Trump. Tamed resulting inflation from rampant oil speculation resulting from Saudi/OPEC market manipulation and Russia's invasion of Ukraine, and still managed to pass massive benefits to individuals and corporations with revenue improving legislation.
