Russia, China, North Korea and many other countries talk shit like that all the time. I’d prefer to wait for more than words. Because their words are just to shore up their domestic base, and not an actual threat imo.

Do they show up in person and talk that kind of shit to our face? I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume no.

It's primarily because the entire world except for Seran knows how weak and pathetic Biden is. I doubt dude would have talked any of that shit even if we had a different president, even another democrat. Biden is literally a weak joke. To everyone. Except Seran.
