That being said, there is some truth in your statement. Democrats unify when they absolutely need to. Republicans can’t. It’s a fair criticism and an annoyance.
They can’t unify because it’s the true conservatives who are seeking the gavel when typically it’s someone more moderate who can appeal to everyone.

Majority of Americans still support sending aid to Ukraine, republicans in Congress don’t want to.

Don’t play it off as it’s just the left.

We have rallies across America, on the left and right, over a lot of stupid shit, because frankly the majority of the U.S. population knows absolutely nothing outside their own backyard. It’s called conformity.

I’m a democrat, and I 100% support Israel, and hope they continue to destroy the Gaza Strip.
Eh…abortion is fairly split but most Americans (and most Republicans) just want a compromise of making it illegal after X number of weeks. There are some on the left who wont accept anything less than casual abortion as birth control to be legal until after birth, just as there are some on the right who wont accept anything less than a woman being stoned to death for abortion at any time & for any reason.

We all want Ukraine to win, but support in the sense of giving them a blank check is dwindling. They are not NATO and not an ally the same as say Israel. We need to have a clear objective and reasonable limit to our support of Ukraine.

The Democrat party and the left in general have a antisemitic & Israel problem. Yes of course there are some on the far right who hate Jews for reasons of eugenics (disgusting I might add), but that is dwarfed by mass leftist demonstrations all over the world claiming Hamas is justified & advocating for the eradication of Israel.

The big issue with the Republicans, is I don’t think they even know what they want to do? Or they have an idea, but they can never agree on how to exactly accomplish it. Your party is held hostage by your extreme right in the party.
The big issue with republicans is they're a bunch of spineless cucks. They just happen to still be 84732942730x less cancerous than most democrats. But that doesn't mean they don't still suck major balls.

Meanwhile, you have ultra tards like Seran who think that all republicans are evil incarnate, and all democrats are everything that is pure and good.

Again... I'm not a Republican... I'm an Independent.

Also there is a reason I make sure to say the "Left" when referring to people... and the Democrat Party when referring to their political representatives...

The Democrat Party, and the "Left", are what they are... and any rational person can see they are a destructive force.

The "Left" are not Liberals... they call themselves that, but they are anything but... they think true Liberals, like myself, are "Republican"... just like you. It's sad to watch... and as I said... we get to watch the shit show happen all over again 80 years later.

Also... the fact you just excused a lot of the actions of people because of "conformity"... proves the point I was making... Ignorant dumbasses wed to their Political Party will "conform" and spite their own livelihoods, just to oppose their "opposition".

No one believes at all you’re an independent, you can seriously stop with the bullshit.

At least we get shit done!

I support quite a lot of Republicans, and I’ve voted Republican before. Both parties have their crazies. AOC and the squad, Boebert, Greene and others on the right.

As for your cited "statistics"... You're wrong of course...

    Aid to Ukraine: https://www.reuters.com/world/us/us-...os-2023-10-05/

" Support is falling among Americans of both major political parties for supplying Ukraine with weapons, a warning sign for Kyiv, which relies heavily on U.S. arms to fight against a Russian invasion, according to a new Reuters/Ipsos poll. The two-day poll, which closed on Wednesday, showed only 41% of respondents agreed with a statement that Washington "should provide weapons to Ukraine," compared to 35% who disagreed and the rest unsure."

Last I checked 41% is not a "majority".

Abortion issue: People can still get abortions... it's not outlawed... it's based upon their ELECTED LEADERS in their STATES. The power in the hands of the PEOPLE is where it's supposed to reside... as opposed to at the Federal Level.

I get your strawman argument talking points though... it's part and parcel for the Democratic Party and the Left.

The fact I'm not what you want me to be, is a you problem... not a me problem. You can keep being delusional, but it doesn't change what, and who, I am.

Six in 10 continue to support providing economic aid and sending additional arms and military supplies to the Ukrainian government, down slightly from a year ago.

Continued economic support and military assistance to Ukraine was one of the most contentious issues during the budget showdown on Capitol Hill last week. Congress avoided a government shutdown by passing a temporary spending bill that will fund the government through mid-November but the omission of aid to Ukraine was notable. This happened, in part, because there is a growing rift within the Republican party on the United States’ continued support for Ukraine and a vow taken by many Republicans to oppose any stopgap measures or bills that allocate additional funding for Kyiv.

    No, I’m not wrong.

Getting the wrong things done, is "getting something done"... I suppose.
