McCarthy is officially throwing in the towel, which one had to wonder how many of those ultra conservative compromises he threw in would not have ever seen the light of day had he a larger majority and the courage of his convictions to stick with no as an answer. Matt Gaetz lambasted McCarthy in the debate today, pointing out that Washington elite's in his party cater to special interests and his former boss catered to this by eating until the last moment to table budgets because it plays into giving special interests what they want when lawmakers have no time to review. I think he was dead on the nose on that point.

Do you start drinking and/or consuming recreational drugs beginning in the afternoon?

The reason for me asking that is your grammar & communication seem to degrade as the the day goes on.

I know you think I’m your “enemy” and asking that out of malice, but I’m not. No judgments. Alcoholism runs on both sides of my family and I consider myself fortunate not to suffer from that disease. I don’t answer calls from my sister after 5PM my time because that’s around when she has started her drinking, and she is a wonderful loving functional member of society otherwise.
