I’m not sure what exactly you are getting it? He posted a veiled threat online, and guess what? The DOJ already decided to request a protective order because of it, and the judge agreed, funny how that works… looks like they did argue in front of a judge and won.

Once again, do you know what a veiled threat is? The key is ambiguity and plausible deniability.

And also, I’m not saying what he did was illegal, I’m saying what he did was stupid, coming out of court, as a defendant, and making a veiled threat online, is stupid. Anyone who would do something like that, is an idiot.

Imagine you are in court, and say, “if I go to jail, I’m going to come after you” sure, maybe you’ll come after them with nice comments, or maybe flowers, or with a gun? Who knows, that’s plausible deniability, in a veiled threat. How do you think the judge is going to take that? You never mentioned the judge, or anyone by name, or what you are going to do.
Any normal person would take that as a threat.
