Growing up, kids in Wisconsin learn how to serve alcohol at home to their parents. Granted it's not like that for everyone, but in small towns you learn how to pour a drink and walk it to your parents or at the very least, grabbing a beer from the cooler/fridge and taking it to the intended person.

We all know Seran hasn't worked a day in his life and how he likes to groom kids....I'm kind of surprised how he's against something like kids handling alcohol because if they happened to get drunk, wouldn't it be easier for Seran to groom and be his natural pedo self to take advantage of these kids?
Come on, Seran! WTF? Something like this is right up your alley. I'm surprised you're not drooling over the idea of these kids being your little slaves that brought you drinks while you fondled yourself.

I grew up visiting small bars with my parents where I grew up in WI. The difference there is that these small bars are about as close to a thing as a restaurant that you'd find within an hour's drive. Many small towns have (maybe that's changed in the past 35 years) zero fast food places and zero actual restaurants, but they had 3 or 4 bars. If you wanted to take the kids out, most bars did basic burgers and fries, kids would play darts/pool/arcade game as parents would have a couple of beers with their food and you'd walk or hop in the car and drive back home.

Also, most kids I knew when growing up were working odd jobs here and there. Some went to work with their parents and helped where they could and others did jobs around the neighborhood (mowing, shoveling, other yard work) and if you weren't working a job, you still had responsibilities to watch your younger siblings, so you were almost always doing some type of work. When I was 9 we moved to a larger city and my brother and I got a paper route. Sundays dad would drive us around because Sunday papers back then were big, too heavy to load into the satchel you'd sling over your shoulder. All other days of the week my brother and I were on our bikes with our bags stuff with papers. Once we were done with that we'd be mowing in the summer or going to work with dad and in the winter we'd be shoveling sidewalks and driveways.

Kids need structure and need to be taught and shown how to work in this world, otherwise they end up like Seran - living off the government and because they're bored they start to think about all the awesome ways they can groom kids to fit their pedo fantasies.
