You really need to stop living in your pedo bubble of retardedness and failure.

I would rather DeSantis wins the Republican nomination and becomes the next President.

    Or Haley.

    Or Ramaswamy.

    Or Hutchinson.

    Or Sununu.

    Or Scott.

    Or Youngkin.

But the only thing that will ruin DeSantis' chances is Trump. He has an amazing base that will vote for him no matter what... so it's Trump's nomination to lose.

The only solace I will gain is the fact that the meltdown in 2024 will be 10x more than in 2016.

You do know, it’s not just Disney that has this special agreement right? Quite a few other companies have something similar. It was an agreement made that was beneficial to both Florida and Disney. It was a win win situation.

The real question should be: You're supposedly a father.. why are you upset that in Florida, teachers can no longer groom the ELEMENTARY kids in their classroom with frank discussions about sex and sexual situations? Why is it so important for you that teachers be allowed to do this?
It's cool and all you're virtue signaling on behalf of DeSantis, but you do realize he's a sexual predator? Pictures of him grooming his underaged students with booze at parties were all over the news. Hell, Trump himself posted them. This is another sick fuck of a Republican trying to legislate to distract and deflect attention from his deviant interests.

What does this have to do with anything I am talking about? I’m specifically talking about DeSantis and his actions that are a direct violation of the first amendment, freedom of speech and it’s not pro-business.

The First Amendment protects free speech and bars the government from retaliating in response to protected activity. Those protections extend beyond basic rights, like the right to protest, and into privileges: A government may not revoke a privilege in response to First Amendment-protected criticism.

DeSantis in his memoir stated clearly he went after Disney because they criticized his bill.
That is illegal and a violation of the first amendment

It doesn’t matter if you agree to what Disney said or not.
I am no lawyer and have no skin in this game, but… My understanding of the First Amendment is that it protects speech from the government taking action of censorship and prosecution for said speech. It doesn’t mean you can say whatever you want without any consequences.

Broad example: Let us say your employer has a financial contract with the state, and then you as a representative of your company go on Twitter saying that governor is a poo-poo head. If they RFP once the contract expires and a government admits that your Tweets factored into their decision to seek another FI, I don’t believe the 1st Amendment is going to offer you any protection for the government choosing to seek a different provider.

Another one: If you yell profanity in front of a school, while such speech is legal and protected, people are going to react towards you with hostility. The government can’t arrest you for saying bad words, but it doesn’t protect you from the consequences of your actions.

DeSantis went after Disney when it spoke out in opposition to the Don't Say Gay bill and stopped funding Florida Republicans. Taking executive and legislative action against a company that spoke out against you? That's most certainly retaliation against free speech rights by a state government.

Direct retaliatory actions by the US government against a company exercising it’s free speech under the first amendment is illegal. Why didn’t DeSantis go after the other many companies that also made similar remarks?

Next DeSantis has said he’s going after Disney because they disagreed with a law that was passed, they didn’t attack, make threats, name call or do anything that would warrant any type of action.

Regarding your first scenario, that isn’t the US government coming after you over your freedom of speech. Them choosing not to renew a contract with you is far different than them going out of their way to do a retaliatory attack trying to take control of your company, because of what was said.

Regarding your second scenario. Imagine the government did come after you? Because that’s what DeSantis is doing to Disney. He specifically stated in his memoir that he is going after Disney because they voiced their disagreement over the law.

Could Disney suffer consequences from the remarks, by a public outcry people not coming to the park, boycotts and things like that? Of course. But having the governor of your state, do direct retaliatory actions because of that, is illegal.

Imagine you own a company and you tweet that you disagree with a law that was passed, and in response the government comes through and tries to take control of your company. I’m 100% sure you’d be screaming first amendment violations! Government overreach and whatnot.
Now if the government did nothing and at the end of your contract with them, chose not to renew it based on your comments? That’s 100% different, that’s a business agreement, not a law.

Ok then, convince me why any of them should have it. But especially the pedo corporation.

You still believe the Russian piss hooker story along with the 958932749023 other debunked Trump conspiracies.

It's funny that you think anything you say is credible though, especially while you're projecting your pedophilia in every Disney/DeSantis/Florida post you make, because teachers not being able to groom elementary school kids upsets you so much.

^ Exhibit A of you proving how gullible you are by still calling it the "Don't Say Gay" bill, despite the bill having nothing at all to do with gay anything.

You're gullible and stupid as fuck beyond belief. The only person who is unaware of this is you.
