As expected, the nationwide ban on mifepristone was overturned for lack of jurisdiction, shocker. Pending oral arguments, the three Republican members of the appeals court issuing the ruling left in place a ban on medications by mail and reversed the extension of eligibility of 10 weeks to 7. This was stayed pending further hearings, but you can bet if mediations by mail is made illegal then the Pharmaceutical lobby will be abandoning Republicans.

HI, you evidently don't know this, but the Court doesn't get to rule on matters not submitted. Judge's aren't private counsel representing parties like you seem to believe. You can't just submit what you want done and request a Court to create, argue and rule on a legal theory you didn't put forth. Matters common live and die on their initial moving papers. Again I encourage you to actually read those documents.
