How is Biden restricting people from traveling from China? Did he limit the amount of people that could come? Did he close the borders? Did he ban flights from China? Did he ban or limit people from coming to America from China? Did he order the embassies to stop issuing visas, or limit the visas? Did he put a cap on flights?
You mean by requiring Covid test? That’s not really restricting anything, since you can get them for free in China, and if you did test positive you can just a wait few days and come.
