Most rational people would not call what the Republicans are preventing "progress" seeing as how the last 2 years of policies have caused a war, wrecked the worlds wide economy OH YEAH, and provided billions of tax dollars to pork, green communism, lined the pockets of Democrat donors AND untold money funneled (read laundered) through the Ukraine money laundering scheme to businesses who's stock is owned by Legislators and the administration not to mention how much they are paid directly in campaign donations.
