Notice the giant gray area near the top of Europe/Asia denoting there is no service there? That's Russia. Even Putin's buddy in Belarus has no Starlink service.

If anything, NOT providing service to Crimea would fit with their overall current business plan of NOT providing service in Russia, since, again like it or not, Crimea has been a part of Russia for the past 8 years.

But labeling yourself as chief engineer and stamping your name on your employees work doesn't make him the greatest engineer.

He's also one of the mostly eccentric and socio-toxic billionaires in our generation.
