So you're not saying there are additional permits that may be needed that's holding up drilling, or you are and if so, whip out your source. Because so far you've not shown anything beyond the fact there are over 9,000 approved federal permits that companies aren't utilizing.

ExxonMobil's CEO stepped up to the plate and declared by 2040, all vehicles worldwide would be electric. He stated that the petroleum industry would be unaffected as the overall effect of demand would have worldwide consumption levels near to what they were on 2012-2013. Quite the interesting prediction.
