    I guess Russia blocking Instagram was the nail in the coffin, so many Russians I know were saying whatever to all the companies that left Russia, but once Russia decided to ban Instagram everyone is saying Russia went to far!

    I actually know the answer to that hahaha. The salary of a “Social media correspondent“ ranges from 18,000 rubles to 23,000 rubles plus a commission of 2 rubles per like their post gets(over a preset number), and 12 rubles per share.
    This was when the ruble was trading at 73, not sure if it’s changed much, but I’m going to assume, it hasn’t.

    So, the units that are getting lit the fuck up in Ukraine, all those videos of tanks being destroyed and such... They are Guards units. 1st Guards and 4th Guards, two of the best units in the entire Russian Army, are there taking huge loses. Mostly thanks to the Javelin. Russian Mechanized infantry doctrine has troops stay within 50 meters of their vehicles when dismounted. Javelins have a range of a mile.
