After reading that article, I wouldn't be surprised if Michelle Childs is who Biden picks. I've been assuming since Breyer announced his retirement that Biden will pick someone friendly to the rich and big corporations, and not likely to decide in favor of the working class. Biden has been working for the rich and the big corporations for his entire 50-year-long political career.
