The prosecutor is getting shit on by the Judge.
One of the things you want to do as a lawyer is not to make people on the jury dislike you.
He's doing a terrible job of this.

I really don't like the precedence the prosecution is setting. He's literally saying you should sit back and let the mob burn the town to the ground. I don't think that's going to sit well with the jury.

Prosecution is doing so poorly they are trying to get a mistrial so they can start over again with a fresh jury.
If things weren't so bat shit insane right now this guy would be fired immediately after this trial. But since his bosses are all Democrats and he's pushing the Democrat agenda he'll probably get a promotion.
