Buttigieg described highways dividing neighborhoods and an underpass deliberately constructed “too low” for “a bus carrying mostly Black and Puerto Rican kids to a beach” in New York.

He's almost reaching as much as Alfter does now. I'm skeptical that someone literally sat down and said "I don't want those black and Puerto Rican kids to be able to get to the beach on a bus! I'm going to purposefully construct this underpass too low so they can't do it! MUHAHAHAHAHAH!"

I mean...seriously...what the fuck is this dumb shit? Black and Puerto Rican kids can only get to the beach via bus? Black and Puerto Rican families don't know of another way to get to the beach? Seems the real racism is coming from this administration.
