Also - did anyone think that cloud seeding might have a negative affect? You know how they talk about "global warming" or "climate change" all the time? They started cloud seeding back in the 40s. Hmmmm.. I wonder what long term affects artificially affecting the weather patterns of a natural system could potentially have.
