Yeah, that doesn't really explain the quality of votes part. Seems like he's just trying to cover for it. I don't think for a second he was talking about fraudulent votes, no one is pushing for fraudulent votes to be counted and it is a non issue but for some reason he's talking about it?

Context would be great. Did he say this in a discussion about mail in voting? “Quality” in this context could very well mean he is concerned about fraudulent voting and mail in ballots make fraudulent voting a hell of a lot easier.

I'm thinking it was the summer of 2015 or 2016. I was going to attend but it always coincides with Sturgis and making that decision is pretty much a no brainer.
