Strangely enough, the vast majority of murders in Louisiana by city, since I'm talking about cities here which I gave you too much credit assuming you could follow along happen in New Orleans.

1st place - New Orleans, the chocolate city according to Ray Nagin, with 121 murders,

2nd place - Baton Rouge with 83 murders.


New Orleans only has 31-32% more murders than the 2nd worst city in the state. Clearly that's not a vast majority...

New Orleans is also #4 nationwide for homicides. Which I'm sure you'll figure out a way to make that Trump or even Bush's fault and while ignoring the fact that it's been almost completely democrat controlled forever.

Fun fact: New Orleans hasn't had a non-democrat mayor since 1872.
