According to the prosecutors no crime has been committed. I think we can speculate outside of what DA’s say, especially given how politically charged these positions have become recently. They haven’t even released the officer’s name 4 months later, when a white officer shoots a black person the officer’s name is usually released within 24-48 hours before any of the facts even come out. What’s the hold up here?
