It's clear you don't understand that there is no oil shortage in Texas and that the pipeline that Colonial locked down transports refinery produced FUEL and not oil. You can only draw correlation you do by being ignorant on the topic, or by willfully lying in an attempt to smear the President. Either way, your post is embarrassing.

So disregarding the post about the Keystone OIL pipeline that you're trying to infer is the reason why the Colonial FUEL pipeline is causing a FUEL shortage. Got it, you're just lying.
