That is talking about the voting requirements to impose disqualification being different than the requirement to convict. You still need to convict first. Reread your cited source.

I think the most telling piece of evidence that the former president did indeed incite the insurrection is he didn't lift a finger to send help or tell anyone to stop as it was happening.

I see what you mean, I hate reading law it can confuse the hell out of me. So the dismissal is automatic with the conviction but the disqualification takes another vote after.
No, I am not Drauz in game.

Yeah. It is still a contentious issue on whether it takes 2/3 or majority, as your citation points out.

He fucking sent out a tweet that asked people to be peaceful and fucking Twitter removed the tweet. You’re so fucking useless.

How often does telling someone thats mad to calm down actually work?

Wasn't that tweet like hours after they had broken in and only after Biden told them to stop first?
No, I am not Drauz in game.

3 hours after it happened. He knew what was happening. Hell, I knew what was happening. I watched it on TV. We were posting on the PC as it was happening. He did nothing to stop it as it was happening. Guilty of inciting an insurrection in my book.

"Okay so it did but that doesn't work anyways. Plus Biden had already told them so it's all good."

Did you do anything to stop the riots in DC?

    No?

Guess you're guilty of inciting an insurrection, as well.

I called them all morons that should be at work on FB, so I am not guilty of insurrection.
