If you are asking me why I was not upset about the riots over the summer... I was very much against the violence. As has been stated over and over no one condoned the violence of those riots. No one in the democratic party or in any position of power encouraged those riots.

There were white supremacist agents involved in those riots who have been arrested that were trying to accelerate the civil war they are so eager to fight. One of them shot and killed a police deputy in cold blood.

People keep pointing at the criminal violence over the summer as some kind of justification for what happened at the US Capitol on Jan 6th. These could not be more different situations. Criminal activity springing out of large demonstrations is not the same as planning to storm the US Capitol in order to disrupt the counting of electoral votes based on American's votes confirming Joe Biden as the legitimate president of the United States. Not even close!

I believe what happened at the US Capitol on Jan 6th is directly tied to Trump's courting the white supremacist elements of this country for 4+ years. And for 4+ years people like yourself and PB and others on this board tried to downplay the warnings. You've all tried to distract from the reality that white supremacists have not only been on the rise in a public way but that they have been getting more organized and mobilized waiting for the call to arms that came on Jan 6th and for whatever you keep saying is happening next.
