Good luck proving any intentional poisoning in court.

I ain’t buying this shit for a second. Apparently police officers lives don’t matter and are expendable.
It was the union the first announced it was poison, the actual police conducted an investigation and found no evidence of wrong doing. They are in desperate need of some victim points so they'll try to spin anything right now, this sounds like exactly that.

Sorry this one didn't fit your narrative. You are of course entitled to believe whatever conspiracy theory you want though. I'm sure its all just to make Trump look bad, right?! Damn antifa!

They can sue for gross negligence because apparently their employees don't know how to rinse out a blender, if we are to believe the investigation.

You have to be legit retarded to not know how to rinse out a blender. You literally run some water in it and dump the water out.

But apparently whichever employee did this only managed to not rinse out a blender well enough when making shakes for these 3 cops. This isn't a "conspiracy theory", it's fucking common sense at this point.

Was this literally the employee's first day on the job? He had never rinsed a dish out before in his life and was completely in the dark or what?

The difference is that whoever did this will be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. You can try and muddy the waters with all your gas-lighting and playing the victim, don't kid yourself into thinking that police haven't been getting away with extrajudicial murder for generations.

I wish I could rebrand their slogan "black lives matter too" because they made it too easy for you slack jawed yokel boomers to get on your facebook get all worked up about how they think you don't matter.

There's always the reasoning that the employees were so busy they simply rushed cleaning to hurry back to work. That's not gross negligence, it's just an overwhelmed employee. Gross negligence is seeing the problem, knowing it's a problem, and resuming your work process with no care toward people affected.

I'm genuinely bored as shit toward the idea of seeing a milkshake as a weapon these days.

The only thing everyone here all agrees on is that you don't matter.

I'm sure plenty of businesses have been sued and lost over things a lot less severe than "accidentally" being served a bleach shake.

All comes down to the judge/jury. Most businesses have cameras explicitly to ensure they can prove/disprove wrongdoing. There's just too much reasonable doubt in my mind.
