He should have linked the article, which says, a Horse was injured when a brick was thrown at a mounted police officer.

Your post made it sound like they were Purposely aiming at the horse with the intent to cause injury to that horse when that’s not the truth. They were aiming at the mountain police officer and it accidentally hit a horse that’s the difference.

If someone shoots into a crowd of people trying to hit Joe and they end up shooting a child would you really say "Well at least he wasn't aiming for the child."
