So, May the Fourth is Star Wars day, pretty much universally known among, I thought, everyone. But apparently the Canadian police are either complete morons or are just fucking assholes. Because they had 4 officers respond to a complaint about someone brandishing a toy Star Wars Blaster and upon arriving at the scene and finding a Very Dangerous Person in full stormtrooper costume in front of a Star Wars themed bar, drew their guns and demanded that the female suspect drop her obviously "extremely dangerous" toy blaster. Not joking.

Hey Tg, did you see they also decided that 12 guage shotguns and bolt action rifles are now among the list of weapons that are suddenly illegal to own in Canada? Two days after Justin Trudeau and Minister Bill Blair said they would not be going after hunting weapons, they did just that.
