If Sanders actually captured enough electoral votes to ensure neither candidate got a 270 votes that would fundamentally change the status quo, shit in that case Biden would probably win considering the makeup of the House.
Sanders doesn't even have to do that, he just needs to secure some electoral votes as a third party candidate to prove things can change, we haven't had a third party candidate get any electoral votes since 1968.
He'd probably only win Vermont. He'd never get enough to do that. And if he did, Biden would become President and Trump would become Vice President.
