It's word for word, standalone between paragraphs in every single article. Found thus far in BBC, France24, CNN, CBC (Canada), DW (Germany), and more. Every story has this same conclusion stated after describing the so-called Trump 'allegations', but never a single sentence about how that conclusion was reached. Hmm.
