She's not protected by whistle blower laws because whistle blower laws deal with other members of the intelligence community, of which Trump is not one.

The idea that members of OUR intelligence community are now openly spying on the US president and reporting to congress on things they didn't even hear first hand should send chills down everyone's spines. But I guess since it's just Trump who cares huh?

Some of our intelligence officials were on the phone listening in (which is standard procedure and Trump was aware of)
Someone heard Trump say whatever it is he supposedly said.
This person then told what's her name.
What's her name then tattled on Trump to Congress.

How is this not spying? What do you call it? Our intelligence community is not supposed to be listening in on phone calls in order to tattle on the president to congress, that's not their role or job.

It doesn't matter now. Trump admitted he said something to the Ukraine PM. If it was to further his campaign in anyway against Biden, it's illegal. I agree with that if he did do it. Transcript will prove or disprove it.
