I'm glad that 1) People are considering crazy things to help our nation/world and 2) We have scientists who temper the crazy. Innovation is what makes us great. Posing a question about something doesn't mean we'd do it, nor does it mean it's a good idea. It's just a question. Who knows what radical things we could do to affect the weather...

Which, depending on the geology, amazingly, could have worked. Turns out the geology in the area would not be suitable.

Back in the day, before we had better measuring instruments to determine size, strength and energy in a hurricane, it looked a lot more plausible. It could work now, the issue is the bomb would have to be large enough it would be hazardous to about one third to one half of the earth's surface.
In reality, there are a lot of things we could be doing very safely with nuclear power. Too bad politicians, the media and stupid people have held things back.

I was wondering about the outside cameras. I know they said there are no inside cameras in most cells, but I was pretty sure they'd have ever hallway covered. Something should have seen if someone went in or out.

Which is amazing. I have a bunch of cameras that operate on wifi and they very rarely go out. I can only imagine these cameras are hardwired and of course they malfunctioned at the perfect time.
