I'm sure Twitter and Google will follow suit soon enough.
So low severity violence is OK. Is that like the rule of thumb?

Uh huh, sure. I'm betting the SCOTUS dosen't even take the case, so the lower court stands.

I mean. I pulled it from Twitter's FAQs, but I can't corroborate it.

And the fact that AOC is being sued over this shows how absurd this ruling is. Why does she have to be sued? The courts have already said government officials can’t do this so she should not be doing it in the first place. This just shows the overreach of the courts because they can’t enforce this shit and they know it. But they will keep siding with butthurt liberals over it because it’s Trump.
You're the one painting it as Dems Dems Dems when the reality is it's not just about Trump. It's about elected snowflakes that block people. you blame Dems for everything - which I guess fox news must tell you about

And she was sued today - meaning they were waiting for the ruling to sue. It's not like any reasonable person would unblock people the second the ruling came down. No clue how many she blocked, but it could take quite some time.

It is about Dems. I'm not aware of a single Republican who brought a suit against Trump over this twitter nonsense, and even if there are a couple I can guarantee you there are way more Democrats who brought forth a suit. Hell, even the lawsuit against AOC announced today was brought forth by a Democrat, although to be fair I'm sure there are some Republicans doing it too, but probably more for a "What's good for the goose" and all that shit.

What are you talking about? This was the appeal, a lower court already ruled against Trump. AOC should have been unblocking people and stopped blocking them after the first ruling. But this is such a dumb ruling that she probably wasn't even aware of the ruling or figured she was special.

A federal appeals court dismissed the dumb emoluments lawsuit brought forth by the attorneys general of DC and Maryland.

Judge Paul Niemeyer wrote in the opinion: "The District and Maryland's interest in enforcing the Emoluments Clauses is so attenuated and abstract that their prosecution of this case readily provokes the question of whether this action against the President is an appropriate use of the courts, which were created to resolve real cases and controversies between the parties."
In other words "Stop wasting the court's time with this TDS bullshit."

Oh yeah, both attorneys general are Democrats. But it's not just "Dems Dems Dems" doing all of this shit because they hate Trump so much!

AOC isn’t aware of most things in general.
