Ohio is working on their own fetal heartbeat bill and Democrats are none too happy about it. One Democrat in particular is so unhappy about it that she proposed an amendment that would make black women (and pregnant black man) exempt from the bill.

Yes, that's right. If the amendment passed that means abortions would be much harder to get in Ohio for everyone BUT blacks. I'm just glad to see Democrats finally admit they align with Planned Parenthood's founder that they want to market abortions specifically to black women.

I doubt it will get signed into law.

The bill does include an exception to save the life of the woman, but no exceptions for cases of rape or incest.

I think its really disingenuous to say that anyone who is for legal abortion hates babies. Lets just drop that nonsense at the jump. Theres no vampire cabal, no anti-baby league, no monsters disguised as humans creating policy.
