I've avoided this thread until now.

My opinion is that a lot of people got paid a lot of money to conduct an instigation. The results are exactly what you'd expect when someone has been subjected to focused instigation, and reacted with the full suspicion that it can not possibly be anything more than an instigation. What you are seeing is that this particular instigation was pre-planned as a course of action to take in the unanticipated case of the other party getting elected.

The use of the word 'instigation' as opposed to the word 'investigation' is entirely intentional.

Surprise surprise! Androidpk is a lying sack of shit, implying that the Mueller investigation didn't exonerate Trump in regards to Russian collusion. It actually did.

The part about "while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him" is in regards to the bogus obstruction of justice part of the investigation, and that was because Mueller didn't want to make a determination based on department standards. This therefore left it up to the AG to determine if a crime had been committed and the AG and Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein concluded that no crime occurred in respect to obstruction of justice.

So just to recap: the Mueller investigation DID determine that NO crime regarding Russian collusion transpired. He left the question open about the obstruction of justice charge because he didn't think he was in a position to make that determination and the AG and Deputy AG said no crime happened.
