From the EEOC, they aren't prohibited from asking it, but cannot discriminate based on it... So there is no point in asking, unless you want to expose yourself to people claiming that is why they weren't hired.

Yeah all that question does is open you up to all kinds of legal issues.

He also previously told CBS4 in 2016, “I have nothing to do with Russia. I don’t have any jobs in Russia. I’m all over the world but we’re not involved in Russia.”
And again, in 2017, the president reiterated those claims in a tweet: “Russia has never tried to use leverage over me. I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH RUSSIA - NO DEALS, NO LOANS, NO NOTHING!”

So back in 1986 Warren herself identified herself as an "American Indian."Using an open records request during a general inquiry, for example, The Post obtained Warren’s registration card for the State Bar of Texas, providing a previously undisclosed example of Warren identifying as an “American Indian.”
Warren filled out the card by hand in neat blue ink and signed it. Dated April 1986, it is the first document to surface showing Warren making the claim in her own handwriting. Her office didn’t dispute its authenticity.
Hilarious. How did this fraud ever make it to the Senate? Must be a lot of sellstuff1s and Androidpks in the Democrat party.
