The approval system is a form of score voting so a numerical value can be applied to each candidate (-1, 0, +1, 0-9.)

What party do you believe will support such a measure.

It's like term limits.. most intelligent people are for them.. but they will never get voted on and passed because you are basically voting out people who have made a career out of being scumbag politicians.
