Why are Democrats even harping on about who will pay for the wall? The Democrats in Congress have already moved away from that argument because they realized how dumb they sounded when they said we couldn't afford a wall. The new line you're supposed to repeat is a wall is somehow immoral and just a "vanity" project for Trump.
