Literally the first thing from google.Blizzard has not released this info, and they likely will not. Estimates range from $120,000 - $150,000 per day to keep a WOW server up and running. So a bit under $5,000,000 a month or so is the common inference.
Yeah, they're totally paying 45 billion a month to keep servers up.
