I see it all the time but it still amazes me. You guys lie. You feel like you're losing an argument, LIE. You feel embarrassed, LIE. You see someone post you don't like, LIE. You see news posted you don't like, LIE. You lie so much here, that you must lie IRL or you have a split personality. It's psychologically clusterfucked.

There's always this question though- to what extent are they lying intentionally, and to what extent are they lying to themselves to keep their worldview intact?

I think it's a combination of the ends justifying the means and they assume that the liberal fake news thing is real, so it's ok for them to create, spread and emulate trumps fake news style themselves. Like those republicans who got busted for voting 2x because they because they mistakenly believe everyone's doing it. The right's always at least since the moral majority B.S. kicked off) also had this 'holy warrior' vibe where they're willing to go scorched earth because they have a faith based political belief system. When you're arguing from a position of faith lots of things like truth, science and facts don't matter.
