Trump is getting ready to give farmers billions of dollars because of his disastrous trade policies. Does that make the farmers communists? Why should those farmers get a handout, they should just learn a new trade.

I love how if the government pays for health care it's dangerous socialized medicine, but if we throw a bunch of money at farmers to help them handle a REALLY stupid trade war Trump started for literally no reason- it's totally fine.

US healthcare spending is over 3 trillion dollars a year, that's peanuts compared to the 10 billion Trump is asking for, stop comparing the two.

Not to mention I haven't heard too many Republicans defending Trump's subsidies for farmers.

Lastly Trump has already secured some concessions from the EU in regards to the so called trade war with them. So I guess this is the real reason you're bringing up these subsidies now, right? Gotta get this "bad" news out for Trump before the good news starts making the rounds. You're so predictable.

The BK down the street is paying $19 an hour right now, and they're having a really hard time finding anyone. No one can afford to live here on $20 an hour. There are people making $50k in SF who are living in tents.
