See what I mean. You live your life with fantasies of bad guys breaking into your house. Its paranoid and delusional. You hang your whole argument on the idea that you'll cowboy up and gunfight bad guys in the house while the reality is that your kid faces greater danger from your weapons in the house than from strangers.

The reality is you have no idea about my life and you support Socialism and Totalitarianism and yet you call me delusional.
I asked for neither your Opinion,
    your Acceptance
    nor your Permission.

I don't give a fuck about your life yet you keep trying make this about you. Like some chick on YouTube crying, "you don't know me!!"

I know you'll say anything to defend your team. Its juvenile and near sighted. Claim to be a patriot and shit on everything this nation stands for. Your head is waaayyy up your own ass.

Once suppressors are out there in large numbers they'll be used to assassinate cops, shoot up people in mass killings and generally be used to advantage anyway that a firearm is used today; even in crime. What will the NRA position be then? To sell some sort of anti suppressor handheld flash detector? They certainly won't retract their love of supporessors so my guess is there will be an add on sale type of product to defend against these two BFF's.

The link also has a cute little video celebrating the friendship between guns and suppressors with bullet points like:

    TO MY BEST FRIEND:

    You're a perfect fit.
You quite me when I'm being too loud.
You compliment me and always make me better.

Then it ends with a bid red heart encompassing the words: Firearm + Suppresors BFFs

    I shit you not.
This is the writing of someone who has obviously never fired with a suppressor and only knows about them based on movies. Suppressors aren't silencers. The bullet still makes the same loud crack as it breaks the sound barrier. It does make it quieter for the shooter, but it is still going to be very, very obvious a firearm went off.

Actually it won't be very obvious. Dorner proved that in 2013. They will also have a negative effect on gunshot detection systems some cities use to alert police to the discharge of firearms. Go ahead and make them easier to get. We'll see the used more commonly in crime. It'll be good business for the gun industry. Not only will they sell more silencers but they will also be able to work on upgrading and selling better detection systems. It's a win win for the NRA and the manufacturers for whom they lobby.

FYI: a silencer is a suppressor. Maybe more accurate to say that all suppressors are in fact silencers.

I was about to address this, but I think you're too set into your ignorance for it to matter. Suppressors are already easy to get, have been for a long time. Calling a suppressor a silencer is pure ignorance. The discharge still makes a very loud noise, as the bullet is still breaking the sound barrier. The suppressor doesn't muffle that in any way. The only way to prevent that is to have a subsonic round, which means you are damn near stabbing distance anyways.

I keep forgetting you are a massive fearmonger and blow everything out of proportions.

Aren't you a veteran? How do you not know that suppressors don't work like movie silencers?
