That’s the thing though PB, I’m the majority not the exception. Places like Palo Alto are turning into a ghost town not because it’s poor but because it’s too rich; billionaires are eating up homes not to actually live in them but to gamble in the housing market. I’ve spent 6 years in school got a difficult degree (not basket weaving), served my country and got my clearance, worked dutifully 60+ hours a week and was promoted several times and you’re telling me someone like that can’t afford a 2500 sq ft rambler with a carport (not even an actual garage). If you said yes then this country is done, the dream is over.
