What changed? Mueller was "the man" there for a while. All the GOP sang his praises as a straight shooter. He's not been doing press conferences or leaking. Why now do the republicans attack him and the FBI so much?

Because it's all part of the game. Like I've said before, I voted for Trump but I'm not a Republican. I'm an independent. I thought he was the best option of the bunch I had to choose from.

The fact that he's posting in all caps and insults, and the fact that he spends his days picking fights in a forum dedicated to a game he hasn't played in years is a sign of his emotional control. (Actually I'm serious about that last part)

I don't believe that for a minute. Information on the investigation will be strategically released to maximize every opportunity to diminish support for the GOP during the midterm elections.

All you have to do is look up previous investigations and look at their timelines. As for midterm elections GOP are already doing everything they can to make sure they lose bigly.

Yes technically it's up to Rosenstein but from what I gather Mueller could force his hand. If he were to recommend charges against Trump that weren't allowed, Rosenstein would be required to brief Congress.

But honestly, if the WaPo reporting is to be believed- Rosenstein and Mueller already have a plan as far as all of this goes.

Well I'm furious with what the GOP has done so far but I don't put blame on Trump. I think Ryan and McConnell need to go. That said, tax cuts are in effect (which is positive) and hopefully most Americans won't be affected by the next recession to hit (later this year or early 2019).
