As if it backs up what you say. Like I told Latrinsorm, sure, if you just look at those 3 words out of context you might be onto something. But try to read. I know it's hard for you, pk, but make an effort to read.

It says Mueller can investigate federal crimes committed in the course of his investigation, AND WITH THE INTENT TO INTERFERE with his investigation, including obstruction of justice.

How does one obstruct an investigation before the investigation even began? Use your words like a big boy.
