Poland, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Russia...this is where trump wants to lead out country. We're picking sides for WWIII

(CNN)Marching by candlelight, demonstrators poured into streets across Poland to protest what some lament as the impending death of democracy in the country.
Tens of thousands of Poles gathered outside the presidential palace in Warsaw on Thursday evening, just hours after the lower house of Parliament passed a bill that would give the populist government the power to push all of the country's Supreme Court judges into retirement.
The government-controlled upper house of Parliament could vote on the bill as soon as Friday.

It's a damn shame that the Fake News crap is gaining such a foothold. The GOP is pursuing outside analysis sourced to politically helpful and attacking the CBO. We know they've been attacking the CBO for a while. It's gotten bad enough that the CBO has found itself in a position to defend itself against the very people they serve.

Dear Mr. Speaker, Madam Leader, Mr. Majority Leader, and Mr. Minority Leader:
The undersigned represent every former Director of the Congressional Budget Office (CBO). We write to express our strong objection to recent attacks on the integrity and professionalism of the agency and on the agency’s role in the legislative process.
CBO began serving the Congress in 1975. Over the past 42 years CBO has been firmly committed to providing nonpartisan and high-quality analysis — and that commitment remains as strong and effective today as it has been in the past. Because CBO works for the Congress, and only the Congress, the agency’s analysis addresses the unique needs of legislators.

Thank God for BFF's like this guy. Makes me feel good that our president so admires a man like this.

Asked what he plans to do when he leaves the presidency, Vladimir Putin paused and smiled. “But I haven’t decided yet if I will leave the presidency,” the Russian leader replied, to laughter and applause from an audience made up almost entirely of Russians who were born after he first became president in 2000.

I'm agnostic and that Tweet doesn't bother me. His point is clear even if one does not worship God.

Jesus fucking Christ. He's really going whole hog for the evangelicals. I'd bet he figures to push the country and see what pushback he gets. That'll be a test to know how badly he can abuse the constitution and retain power

The President of the United States publicly claiming a religion for his entire country should bother you.

    Which religion did he claim?

I'm an atheist and this bothers me. He's going out of his way to let much of this country know that he's not their President.

Can't help but wonder what our enemies make of the instability. Probably gearing up plans to take advantage of the circus
